Transcend provide construction documents including architectural, structural, MEP and civil engineering drawings. This can include modelling and can integrate with our specialized area of reinforcement modelling and assessment of manufacturing and assembly.
Construction documentation sets include floor plans, elevations, exterior details, foundation plans, interior details, roof framing plans, cross sections, structural documents and electrical plans.
Models can be created which can work to integrate with capturing project data to support operations, maintenance and asset management of the structure once the built asset is in service.
Transend will work with client requirements to provide relevant format and information suitable for this purpose.
Shop drawings will be required for prefabricated components. The shop drawings will be produced including dimensions, manufacturing standards and contain more detail than construction documents or marking plans.
We provide shop drawings for precast and prefabricated items and our modelling team will work in partnership with our clients to gain the very best from BIM models.
